usually straight; with a clear modal length; of 650 nm; 13 nm wide.

General comments
Infected plants often
also contain a potyvirus. Four potyviruses, all causing conspicuous symptoms,
have been isolated from Bryonia spp; bryonia mottle virus occurs in
Morocco (Lockhart and Fischer, 1979), and the other three (P1, P2 and P3) were
isolated in northern Italy (Milne et al., 1980). The relationships of
these potyviruses are unknown.
