Physical and biochemical properties
Particle morphology
Virions filamentous; usually
flexuous; with a clear modal length; of 471 nm. Axial canal obscure. Basic helix
obscure.
Physical properties
Features of proteins
Virion protein(s) one;

Cytopathology
Virions found in leaves, mesophyll and the
epidermis; in cytoplasm. Inclusions present in infected cells; are unusual in
shape; aggregated virions; they contain virions.
