Natural host range and symptoms
Symptoms persist.
- Manihot esculenta - mixed infections with cassava brown
streak (?) carlavirus give mottling and brown streaked stems.
Geographical distribution
Spreads in the African region
(in the east).
Experimental host range
Few (<3) families susceptible.
Diagnostically susceptible host species and symptoms
- Nicotiana benthamiana, N. debneyi.
